About the Role:

The Product And Technology Operations Specialist is a multifaceted role that combines deep technical expertise with operational excellence. This individual acts as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring seamless product releases, troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing business processes. The specialist also plays a crucial role in managing incidents, projects, and stakeholder relationships, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Internal Tools and other systems.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Document technical knowledge and solutions for future reference.
  • Take ownership of complex problems and drive them to resolution.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Skillfully handle business requests and issues, ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Lead data analysis and reporting efforts, providing actionable insights.

Project & Incident Management

  • Coordinate and manage go-to-market projects for smooth product launches.
  • Take ownership of escalated issues and provide timely updates.
  • Manage projects autonomously, addressing complex challenges.
  • Utilize Lean principles to optimize business processes.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business activities during incident resolution.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary technical representative for other business teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and build relationships.
  • Effectively communicate organizational changes and updates to relevant parties.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop business processes to streamline product development and releases.
  • Oversee quality assurance checks on new features and work to reduce post-production bugs.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for technical problem resolution.
  • Follow up on technical queries and provide prompt feedback.
  • Relay application functionality feedback from customers to developers and PMs.
  • Demonstrate advanced technical expertise and proficiency with relevant tools.
  • Exemplify organizational values and ethical principles.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in product and technology operations or related roles.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Jira.
  • Advanced technical expertise and tool proficiency in product development methodologies.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
