Summary Generated by Built In

Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.

Our mission within Product Operations is to drive growth and efficiency by empowering our teams with the right processes, data, and tools. We're looking for a Product Operations Manager who will serve as the operational backbone of our product organization translating data into actionable insights and building systems that help our product teams move faster and smarter.

As our Product Operations Manager, you'll own two critical pillars: defining the product metrics framework and partnering with Analytics to ensure scalable, reliable measurement that enables data driven product decisions, and optimizing our processes and tooling to maximize team efficiency. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, design, data, and customer intelligence to ensure we're building the right things in the right way.

In addition to the two key pillars mentioned above, you’ll also participate in other initiatives focused on improving our product delivery. This is a versatile role where you’ll tackle a variety of challenges, ensuring no two days are the same.

 What you’ll do:

Data & Analytics Infrastructure

  • Act as the bridge between Product and Analytics, ensuring analytical insights are effectively translated into actionable product decisions and incorporated into product planning cycles
  • Design and implement product analytics frameworks to track feature adoption, user engagement, and product health metrics across Make's platform
  • Partner closely with the Analytics organisation to translate product questions into clear analytical requirements, ensuring scalable and consistent measurement across the product portfolio
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to identify usage patterns, conversion funnels, and opportunities for product improvement
  • Create self-service analytics tools and documentation that enable product managers to answer their own questions quickly

Process & Tooling Optimization

  • Create self-service analytics tools and documentation that enable product managers to answer their own questions quickly
  • Own and optimize the product team's tool stack (roadmapping tools, project management systems, documentation platforms, analytics tools)
  • Build automation workflows using Make.com and other tools to eliminate manual work and streamline cross-functional handoffs
  • Establish product launch frameworks and templates that ensure consistent go-to-market execution
  • Identify bottlenecks in product workflows and implement solutions to improve team velocity and efficiency
 What we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, data analytics, or related roles in a SaaS/tech environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to work with data (SQL proficiency preferred; experience with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar)
  • Proven track record of building dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics systems, as well as designing operational processes that measurably improved team efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in daily workflows—whether for data analysis, automation, content generation, or process optimization. We expect you to be an active AI power user who stays current with emerging AI capabilities
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, drives projects independently, and excels at cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, data, and go-to-market teams
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Make.com's automation platform or similar no-code/low-code tools
  • Prior experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Understanding of product-led growth metrics and frameworks
  • Experience building customer feedback loops from support/sales into product planning
