Overall Purpose 

The Product Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic organization, quality control, and execution of the product and business cadences across internal and external stakeholders. The role will build, align, and motivate cross functional stakeholders to communicate and solve issues for the business and the benefit of the Zelle and Decision Intelligence Network participants. 

Essential Functions 

  • Bridge product, operations, and business and solve problems for the Zelle and Decision Intelligence lines of business. 

  • Problem-solve strategically, bring stakeholders together, bring relevant data and craft scalable processes that enable impact within a complex organization. This includes owners and customers who are external financial institutions. 

  • Own all assigned product and business cadences – objective, logistics, and outcome  

  • Own the planning calendar of events and drive the actions needed to ensure Product delivers high quality in a timely manner 

  • Own the efficiency of the product processes by identifying and improving areas of burden and waste 

  • Meet with key presenters or facilitators, give feedback on presentations and the “so-what" 

  • Drive the program management of highly complex areas that require many owners to work in concert to achieve a business result, including marketing, legal, finance, customer support, operations, and sales 

  • Create transparency around product cadences, maintain strong communications across various teams and align stakeholders around core objectives and key results 

  • Proactively assesses stakeholder and audience needs across the network to maximize outcome from cadences. Routinely leverages feedback into making processes more effective and outcomes more impactful 

  • Help product owners gather feedback and drive follow-up items to resolution 

  • Work with various operational teams to unblock product processes 

  • Work closely with teams across the organization to drive strong go to market strategies to attain product and business objectives 

  • Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, and drive actionable recommendations through a data-driven process 

  • Track overall product metrics and health to measure success and problem hot spots to achieving OKRs 

  • Manage product documentation, including release notes and internal use and organization. 

  • Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree 

  • 8 years experience driving successful programs and bringing clarity to complex areas of collaboration 

  • Demonstrated impact in cross functional collaboration experience. 

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and reviewing “management consulting”-type presentations. 

  • Leadership skills: builds internal and external rapport for alignment on product strategy, execution, and results. Influences cross functional teams, executives and customer leadership with strong purpose, strategy, and product execution. 

  • Planning and Scheduling: Skilled in the art of working back from deadlines to determine critical milestones and deliverables. 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National only. 

  • Background and drug screen 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Management consulting experience 

  • Program or project management experience 

  • Prior experience working in payments, financial services or similar regulated industry.

Physical Requirements 

Early Warning works together in a highly collaborative office environment. As such, working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers. 

Employee must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation. 
 

The pay scale for this position in:

Phoenix, AZ and Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $105,000 - $120,000

San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $110,000 - $140,000
