Product and NPI execution

• Lead and coordinate Product Operations activities across ideation, discovery, development, launch readiness, commercialization, and post-launch reviews.

• Improve the quality and consistency of NPI deliverables, including discovery outputs, Voice of Customer evidence, value propositions, business cases, launch plans, and readiness reviews.

• Establish and maintain milestone, risk, dependency, and action tracking for priority NPI programs.

• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, clearly documenting decisions, owners, due dates, and escalations.

• Monitor NPI performance and generate actionable insights to improve launch quality, predictability, adoption, and commercial execution.

• Support root-cause and corrective-action activities for delayed, underperforming, or at-risk offerings.

Process governance and operational excellence

• Deploy and sustain Honeywell Accelerator Global Design Models and associated governance routines.

• Drive adherence to standard work while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate duplication, and reduce administrative burden for Offering and Portfolio Managers.

• Build repeatable intake, prioritization, governance, documentation, and escalation mechanisms.

• Partner with process owners and subject-matter experts to resolve gaps across tools, workflows, roles, and decision rights.

• Identify and implement practical automation, AI, reporting, and workflow improvements that increase team productivity and data quality.

• Create reusable job aids, templates, training materials, and best-practice resources.

Portfolio and lifecycle operations

• Support portfolio-review cadences by consolidating data, validating inputs, preparing decision materials, and tracking agreed actions.

• Enable portfolio roadmap execution and maintain the operational data needed for product and offering decisions.

• Translate product, market, customer, financial, and operational data into clear recommendations for leadership.

• Maintain decision logs and action registers that improve transparency and follow-through.

Customer, market, and commercial evidence

• Support Voice of Customer planning, evidence collection, data management, and analytical synthesis.

• Develop or coordinate centralized customer, market, and competitive insights for product and portfolio teams.

• Support ideation events, discovery workshops, segmentation, market assessment, and value-proposition activities.

• Connect customer evidence and market insights to portfolio, investment, roadmap, launch, and commercialization decisions.

• Support sales enablement and commercial readiness activities for priority launches.

Cross-functional leadership

• Serve as the operating connector among OLering Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, PMO, and business leadership.

• Influence teams without direct authority and create clarity across complex, multistakeholder initiatives.

• Facilitate productive governance forums and ensure issues reach the appropriate decision-makers.

• Communicate risks, choices, recommendations, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders.

• Coach stakeholders on Product Operations processes, tools, data expectations, and standard work.
