We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our product portfolio. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our products, optimizing processes, and driving successful product launches. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Product and NPI execution
• Lead and coordinate Product Operations activities across ideation, discovery, development, launch readiness, commercialization, and post-launch reviews.
• Improve the quality and consistency of NPI deliverables, including discovery outputs, Voice of Customer evidence, value propositions, business cases, launch plans, and readiness reviews.
• Establish and maintain milestone, risk, dependency, and action tracking for priority NPI programs.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, clearly documenting decisions, owners, due dates, and escalations.
• Monitor NPI performance and generate actionable insights to improve launch quality, predictability, adoption, and commercial execution.
• Support root-cause and corrective-action activities for delayed, underperforming, or at-risk offerings.
Process governance and operational excellence
• Deploy and sustain Honeywell Accelerator Global Design Models and associated governance routines.
• Drive adherence to standard work while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate duplication, and reduce administrative burden for Offering and Portfolio Managers.
• Build repeatable intake, prioritization, governance, documentation, and escalation mechanisms.
• Partner with process owners and subject-matter experts to resolve gaps across tools, workflows, roles, and decision rights.
• Identify and implement practical automation, AI, reporting, and workflow improvements that increase team productivity and data quality.
• Create reusable job aids, templates, training materials, and best-practice resources.
Portfolio and lifecycle operations
• Support portfolio-review cadences by consolidating data, validating inputs, preparing decision materials, and tracking agreed actions.
• Enable portfolio roadmap execution and maintain the operational data needed for product and offering decisions.
• Translate product, market, customer, financial, and operational data into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Maintain decision logs and action registers that improve transparency and follow-through.
Customer, market, and commercial evidence
• Support Voice of Customer planning, evidence collection, data management, and analytical synthesis.
• Develop or coordinate centralized customer, market, and competitive insights for product and portfolio teams.

Cross-functional leadership
• Serve as the operating connector among OLering Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, PMO, and business leadership.
• Influence teams without direct authority and create clarity across complex, multistakeholder initiatives.
• Facilitate productive governance forums and ensure issues reach the appropriate decision-makers.
• Communicate risks, choices, recommendations, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Coach stakeholders on Product Operations processes, tools, data expectations, and standard work.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, operations, data analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Business Operations, or a related cross functional role.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and milestones.
• Strong analytical skills and experience transforming data into decision-ready reporting and recommendations.
• Proficiency in business reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong written communication, executive presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to establish structure, improve processes, and drive accountability in an ambiguous environment.

• MBA or an advanced degree in business, product management, engineering management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience supporting new product introduction, product development, launch readiness, or commercialization.
