Operations at Brex
The Operations team is the bridge between our products and our customers. Our priority is to keep our customers happy and their businesses protected, while communicating vital information to our internal teams. We are responsible for underwriting all of our customers, while simultaneously managing Brex’s risk exposures. We work cross-functionally with the Risk, Compliance, Data, and Engineering teams to allow Brex to scale efficiently, keeping quality top of mind.
What you’ll do
Brex Netherlands will have unique requirements and depend on the global Brex organization. This role, sitting between Brex NL and Brex Inc., translates Brex NL's needs and ensures delivery of the high standards of customer satisfaction Brex is known for.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the outsourcing framework between Brex NL and the global Brex organization, ensuring performance through the shared development and tracking of KPIs with partner teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless international launches, translating the unique (regulatory) requirements of Brex NL for the wider Brex org and program-managing their implementation
- Develop and own the processes and structures of Brex NL’s operational activities both on the customer side and back office
- Ensure consistent and high-quality operational delivery of services by our external partners and vendors
- Act as the local point of contact and drive improvement and resolution of errors
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience, managing operations within a financial services company or technology startup
- Experience within the payment services industry is a strong preference
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Willingness to take responsibility for a broad range of activities as we grow the company
- Strong focus on operational excellence and managing efficient performance
- Builder of strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving performance through others
- Strong ability to provide concise management information on the performance of the business
