Shape the future of how Product operates at Rydoo — building a product organization that is faster, smarter and more automated to scale.
You will design and implement the operational backbone of the Product function: clear processes, reliable data flows, effective tooling, and thoughtful automation. This role exists to increase clarity, velocity, and scale across the Product organization.
Product Operations at Rydoo is not administrative support. It is organizational leverage. This role exists to improve how decisions are made, how priorities are set, and how work moves from idea to impact — consistently, efficiently, and at scale.
1. Product IntelligenceTurn signals into structured insight that drives decision-making.
- Centralize and systematize customer feedback across touchpoints
- Transform qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable prioritization frameworks
- Improve visibility of usage data and performance metrics
- Establish recurring insight rituals with Product leadership
Systematically eliminate operational friction.
- Map cross-functional bottlenecks impacting Product, Sales, and CS
- Replace manual interventions with automated workflows
- Design and implement agentic and AI-enabled operational processes
- Increase reliability and reduce dependency on ad-hoc fixes
Build scalable internal systems that empower go-to-market teams.
- Reduce engineering dependency for recurring configurations
- Standardize backend actions and operational playbooks
- Design internal tooling that improves responsiveness and consistency
- Increase cross-team transparency and efficiency
Embed AI as a productivity multiplier within the Product organization.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools with measurable ROI
- Increase team output through copilots, automation, and AI-assisted workflows
- Define best practices and governance for AI adoption
- Drive experimentation while maintaining operational rigor
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, RevOps, or a comparable systems-focused role
- Proven experience building scalable processes and frameworks from scratch
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and feedback into structured insights
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation and operational tooling (no/low-code or API-based environments)
- Practical exposure to AI tools and automation within a business context
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with a bias toward scalable solutions over manual fixes
- High ownership, proactive problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in ambiguity
The ideal profile we are looking for:

- Operates comfortably in ambiguity
- Defines new standards rather than following them
- Thinks in terms of scale, automation, and long-term architecture
This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. You will help define what Product Operations becomes at Rydoo - structurally, strategically, and culturally.
