About the Role
The Product Operations & Enablement Manager will help drive operational excellence across the Global Product organization while partnering closely with Innovation. In this role, you will design scalable processes, improve visibility across product and innovation portfolios, and enable teams with frameworks, tools, and communications that support effective planning, execution, and decision-making.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize the product management tool stack, including roadmap practices, standards, and adoption across teams
Standardize product development processes where an enterprise approach adds value while preserving flexibility across product contexts
Define and report operational and enterprise metrics that show product team effectiveness and efficiency
Partner with Innovation to implement frameworks, templates, and tools that support portfolio visibility, planning, governance, and execution
Track innovation initiative progress, surface risks and dependencies, and connect outcomes to leadership priorities
Create executive-ready communications that translate product and innovation work into clear business updates
Manage operating cadences such as portfolio reviews, status reporting, risk management, decision logs, and escalation routes
Connect product strategy to execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Global Product Operations, and Innovation
Requirements
5+ years in product operations, product management, business operations, or a related field
Experience designing and implementing scalable processes that improve team efficiency
Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret quantitative and qualitative product data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder-ready narratives
Experience managing product tools such as Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Productboard, or similar
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority
Comfort with ambiguity and matrixed organizations; able to structure early-stage or fast-moving work
Experience with AI-assisted workflows, rapid experimentation, or design thinking

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-New York $115,400 - $192,200. If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $125,900 - $209,700.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $104,900 - $174,700.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700.
