About Wander

Wander is revolutionizing the $100 B+ short‑term rental industry. We curate every aspect of the guest experience—from our smart homes to our intuitive booking platform. Our mission is to help people find their happy place, and our vision is to create the infrastructure for people to experience the world.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the strategic voice for two of Wander’s most impactful platforms: Wander Sites and Wander Marketplace. You’ll define how we position these products in the market, craft compelling narratives that resonate with both partner businesses and guests, and drive growth through data-driven go-to-market campaigns. You’ll work across Marketing, Sales, Product and Design teams to shape product strategy, launch new features, and elevate brand awareness globally.

We’re looking for a marketer who combines analytical rigor with creative storytelling — a strategic thinker who can deeply understand customer needs and translate them into compelling positioning that drives measurable impact.

What You’ll DoStrategy & Positioning
  • Define differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks for Wander Sites (B2B) and Wander Marketplace (B2C) that clearly articulate value to partners, hosts, and guests.
  • Identify key buyer segments, user personas, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and priority audiences.
  • Partner with Product and GTM leaders to establish value propositions that drive adoption and long-term engagement.
  • Lead planning and execution of go-to-market launches for major product features and enhancements across both platforms.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Creative, Growth, and Support teams.
  • Develop launch collateral — including messaging decks, sales enablement kits, product videos, customer testimonials, and website content — that translates complex features into clear customer outcomes.
  • Analyze product usage, funnel performance, and competitive trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and customer research to refine messaging and prioritization.
  • Enable internal teams with training, competitive intelligence, and concise product narratives that fuel sales, partnerships, and support efforts.
  • Advocate for customer needs and market trends within product planning discussions.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplace platforms, or travel-tech.
  • Proven track record developing product positioning and launching meaningful go-to-market campaigns that drove measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills — comfortable with user research, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, remote environments.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketplace dynamics and platform-led growth strategies.
  • Experience with positioning both B2B and B2C product lines is strongly preferred.
Bonus Points
  • Background in travel, hospitality, marketplace economics, or platform SaaS.
  • Experience with content analytics, CRM segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with modern product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and A/B testing frameworks.
Why Wander?
  • Shape the narrative of products powering the future of travel — from partner experiences to guest journeys.
  • Join a mission-driven, fully remote team with autonomy and a culture of craft.
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits that support long-term growth and wellbeing.
