The Role

At Epignosis our mission is simple yet bold: To make learning technologies accessible to every business, regardless of geography, sector, or company size. And we've been doing just that for more than a decade, empowering millions of people to grow, learn, and thrive through technology that's both powerful and affordable.

We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 22+ million learners worldwide with solutions like TalentLMS (an award-winning cloud LMS built for simplicity), eFront (an enterprise LMS), TalentCards (a mobile app for deskless training), and TalentHR (a lightweight HRIS for people operations).

Our success is built on a team that believes that work should matter — not only to you, but to the world around you. We're looking for people who light up when solving hard problems, who care deeply about their craft, and who want to build something that genuinely helps people grow.

We’re searching for a Product Marketing Specialist to support messaging, launches, and enablement across Epignosis’ product portfolio, with a primary focus on TalentCards and eFront. This role reports to the Product Marketing Lead for TalentCards and eFront, and is designed as a foundational product marketing role. If you enjoy turning real customer needs into clear messaging, campaigns, and enablement resources that help teams win and users succeed, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Product Marketing Lead to support go-to-market and enablement efforts. You will contribute to key initiatives with clear guidance, helping keep projects moving and ensuring teams have what they need to communicate value consistently.

As a Product Marketing Specialist you will:

  • Support customer-first positioning and messaging: Help keep our positioning, messaging, and proof points clear, consistent, and up to date across web pages, campaigns, and sales conversations, under the guidance of the Product Marketing Lead.
  • Bring the voice of the customer into everything we do: Support customer interviews, surveys, and NPS initiatives, and collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Sales to capture recurring pain points, objections, and job-to-be-done insights. You will summarize what you learn and share practical takeaways that help the Product Marketing Lead and the wider team make better go-to-market choices.
  • Turn customer stories into growth assets: Support customer review collection and advocacy initiatives, working with Customer Success to source customer proof such as quotes, testimonials, and success highlights.
  • Support Sales and Partner enablement: Help create and update sales and partner materials such as one-pagers, decks, email templates, FAQs, and basic competitive notes. Keep assets organized and refresh them based on feedback.
  • Support customer marketing and adoption: Contribute to improving in-product onboarding guidance by helping update content and validating what is useful for users.
  • Support product launches: Support the Product Marketing Lead with go-to-market execution for new features and releases. Help prepare internal updates, customer communications, and supporting materials that are aligned and timely.
  • Keep a sharp eye on the market: Track competitor moves, market trends, and buyer behavior. Translate competitive intel into practical outputs that help us differentiate and sell with clarity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in product marketing or adjacent roles (content marketing, customer marketing, sales enablement, or growth marketing).
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal. You can collaborate confidently with cross functional teams and communicate clearly with customers.
  • Solid content and collateral skills. You can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling language and create practical assets such as email copy, one pagers, pitch decks, FAQs, and competitive comparisons. Experience in content writing roles is a strong plus.
  • Customer empathy + curiosity. You like talking to customers, listening for pain points, and translating what you learn into messaging that feels real and helpful.
  • Research and analytical skills. You’re comfortable gathering insights from multiple sources (market research, competitor intel, customer feedback, performance signals) and turning them into clear recommendations.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude. You take ownership and work well with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing.

Benefits

We've built a workplace where people can do the best work of their careers. Here's how we support that:

  • Competitive salary and bonuses. Strong base pay plus performance rewards at personal, team, and company levels.
  • Stock options for everyone. Build software that empowers millions of learners worldwide, and own a piece of what you're creating. All team members can become shareholders, and these options have already changed lives.
  • Your health is covered in more ways than one. Private health coverage for every team member, access to a nutritionist, and our in-house blood bank — all part of our health and wellness support.
  • Comprehensive family support. We’re proud of our progressive family policy, one of the most generous in Greece.
  • Daily meals and food allowance. Breakfast and catered lunch at our offices, plus a monthly meal allowance you control.
  • Commute covered. OASA transport card or parking space near the office, whichever works for your commute.
  • Hybrid work. Work from home and from our modern office in the heart of Athens.
  • Employee Advisory Board. You have real input into company strategy through structured advisory sessions. Not common, but we think it should be.
  • Learning budget for your growth. Coaching sessions, conferences, university degrees, creative pursuits — we fund it. Continuous learning is our mission and that includes you.
  • Part of the Starttech Ventures ecosystem. Access to learning and collaboration across a portfolio of SaaS companies, with resources that support long-term growth.
