Build and ship TalentLMS mobile features using React Native and TypeScript. Own medium-sized features from planning through release, write automated tests, investigate production issues, improve performance and accessibility, manage App Store and Google Play releases, and contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, engineering practices, and team development.

Own complex software initiatives from ambiguous problem definition through production, making architectural decisions, managing technical risks, and improving security, reliability, testing, and observability. Troubleshoot incidents, lead postmortems, review designs and code, collaborate with product managers, and mentor engineers. The role focuses on production web applications, distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, relational databases, APIs, CI/CD, and modern PHP backend development.

Build and ship product experiences across the frontend, backend, integrations, and infrastructure. Own development end to end, from understanding user problems and shaping solutions through prototyping, deployment, monitoring, and iteration. Collaborate with product, design, and business teams, translate feedback into improvements, and balance speed, quality, and scope. The role also involves testing, measuring product performance, and exploring AI and emerging technologies.

Lead the development of Epignosis’s partner marketing function across its SaaS product portfolio. Responsibilities include creating partner strategies, enablement materials, product positioning, communications, webinars, co-marketing campaigns, event support, partner web presence, case studies, and performance measurement. The role partners closely with product marketing, partnerships, product, and sales teams to improve partner activation, engagement, and revenue growth.

Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, databases, schemas, and data infrastructure. The role optimizes database performance, supports data quality and integrity, develops relational and NoSQL data models, and collaborates with engineering and AI teams on analytics and business intelligence initiatives. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data management support, query optimization, and delivering scalable data solutions using cloud and big data technologies.
