In the Product team, we’re responsible for creating solutions that deliver real value to our customers and the business. We combine strategic vision, user focus, and cross-team collaboration to build innovative, scalable products aligned with EBANX’s goals.

Your day-to-day impact:
  • Shape our positioning strategy, helping define and share the unique value of EBANX's products and markets using market analysis and customer insights.

  • Develop our Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, using research and interviews to create detailed personas that keep the customer at the heart of our strategy.

  • Craft high-impact narratives, translating technical product features into clear benefits and solutions to support our commercial teams.

  • Act as a strategic bridge, fostering collaboration between the Product and Commercial teams to ensure market insights shape our roadmap and product innovations are clearly understood.

Must-haves to shine in this role:
  • Deep Product Marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in B2B tech companies (SaaS, Payments, or Fintech)

  • Familiarity with, or a strong curiosity for, the payments or fintech ecosystem.

  • Proven experience developing and managing Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs and turning insights into actionable strategies.

  • A strong ability to craft and validate powerful product narratives that resonate with the market.

  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) or CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Effective communication skills, with experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams.

  • English Fluency: This role operates globally, and fluency is essential for daily communication.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Familiarity with Product Management methodologies.

  • A portfolio with examples of product launches or GTM campaigns you have contributed to.

  • A flexible mindset and comfort adapting to a dynamic, high-growth environment.
