Your next role as a Miracle Maker
Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our marketing team as a Product Marketing Specialist II. The Product Marketing Specialist II will be an important addition to our growing marketing team and will help support demand generation, field enablement, and customer marketing activities. This person will collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and R&D to drive TriLink’s growth and our customer’s success.
How you will make an impact:
- Partner closely with Product Management functions to gain a deep understanding of product vision, functionality, and determine how best to communicate this externally
- Work with digital team to design and implement engagement campaigns
- Support go-to-market programs for new offerings, market segments, and geographies
- Assist in the development of product line-specific content, including print and digital, as well as technical/scientific marketing materials that can be translated into multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs through meetings with the sales team, literature and publications reviews
- Maintain citation library and key word listening projects to be used by multiple functions
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrate management of deadlines and deliverables across international time zones
The skills and experience that you will bring:
- BA/BS degree with focus in business, communications, science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the life sciences/biotech industry
- Able to work independently with little management oversight
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging, and a persuasive writing style
- Strong presentation skills
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and must enjoy dynamic work environments
- Proven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels
- Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment
The anticipated salary range for this position is $72,948 - $77,665. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
