Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Senior Manager to lead Product & Solution Marketing (PSM) content initiatives for internal and external audiences. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content that effectively conveys our product and solution strategy and initiatives to employees, partners, leadership and customers. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of transparency, engagement, and alignment with internal and external communication teams, ensuring that all team members are informed and motivated to contribute to our strategic goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • PSM Content Communication Strategy: Design and implement PSM and technical communication strategies that align with the overall PSM objectives, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging. 

  • PSM Content Creation: Develop and manage a content calendar for various PSM internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, and PSM town hall meetings, to effectively communicate PSM updates, initiatives, and successes. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, executives and internal and external communication teams, to ensure alignment on key messages. 

  • PSM Change Management Communication: Lead PSM communication content creation and execution related to product launches, updates, and organizational changes. 

  • Feedback Mechanisms:Establish and manage feedback channels to gauge employee understanding and engagement with internal PSM communications, using insights to continuously improve communication strategies. 

  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to PSM team members on effective communication practices, ensuring that all employees are equipped to share information about products and solutions effectively. 

  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of PSM internal communication efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 

  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields with a focus on product and solution marketing. 

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication strategies in a corporate environment. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

  • Experience with change management communication and crisis communication strategies. 

  • Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including intranet systems, email marketing, and collaboration tools. 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance communication effectiveness.

  • Proficient in strategic planning, with the ability to develop and implement long-term goals and initiatives. 

  • Expertise in project management, demonstrating the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion while adhering to timelines and budgets. 

  • Skilled in risk management, with the capacity to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. 

  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, fostering positive relationships and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. 

  • Competent in financial budgeting and impact analysis, with experience in resource allocation and evaluating financial implications of projects. 

 

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

  • San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $179,000 to $269,000 per year

  • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $171,000 to $257,000 per year

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
