Job Title
Amadeus is one of the leaders in IT solutions and services for travel organizations worldwide. Our Travel Unit focuses on travel providers such as airlines, airports, and travel agencies. Within the Travel Unit, the AirOps business line delivers solutions and services to all organizations across an airport ecosystem, including airports, airlines, ground handlers, and border control.
Main Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) head and other GTM specialists to coordinate the AirOps GTM strategy into a clear and unified plan, working with Product Marketing Management (PMM) and AirOps Account Operations (AAO) functions.
Formalize customer priorities across solutions and decision makers.
Develop acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell plans, using network effects within and across business areas and comprehensive engagement strategies.
Create a commercial plan for 2030 based on customer needs and trends, and monitor Go-To-Market (GTM) performance using data and customer feedback.
Ensure strategy alignment across functions, including Marketing, Support, Delivery, and Training.
About our ideal candidate:
Bachelor or University degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
Proficient English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Problem-solving skills, using data and insights to inform decisions and actions; knowledge of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including business models, expansion paths, customer profiles, and segments; and understanding of market intelligence and industry trends.
