Main ResponsibilitiesSummary of the role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager Senior Specialist to identify growth opportunities and value propositions for future solutions in our Delivery portfolio. In this role, you will have a valuable opportunity to help make travel work better and more efficiently.
In this role you will:
Understand market and customers
Describe market dynamics and competitive landscape
Recommend messaging, as well as features and functionality required
Suggest potential approaches to market entry, market risks, and market viability (go-to-market, GTM)
Describe market needs to Product Managers (for example, solution, feature, value proposition, messaging, channels)
Support development of product strategy
Provide input for the overall strategy and vision: high-level requirements, current state to future state journey (as-is to-be journey), early product features, business model canvas (BMC), partner consideration
Contribute to strategic pricing of products, review billing structure, and support business case development, working collaboratively with Product Managers
Customer discovery
Create and maintain representative customer profiles (user personas) and gather feedback from customers
Highlight implications of changes in the product roadmap for customer value proposition (value prop) and messaging, as well as implications for local market needs
Support Product Managers with customer product feedback, current state to future state journey, agreed feature list, and pilot definition (initial trial implementation), among other tasks
Measure and scale
Create external-facing product features and use case descriptions
Develop market-facing messaging, consistent with value proposition (value prop) and go-to-market strategy
Ensure communications and upskilling programs for the sales organization
About the ideal candidate:
Relevant experience (typically more than 6 years) in Product Marketing, Product Management, Portfolio Management (management of a group of products or services), Strategy, or Strategic Marketing roles, preferably in the IT industry
Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Skill in presenting complex content in a simple and clear way, with a focus on achieving goals and solving problems
Knowledge and experience with the entire Product Marketing process
Able to work effectively in changing environments
Proficient English verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of Airline or Airport business and Amadeus internal network is an advantage
