The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing high-quality sales enablement tools, campaigns, clinical marketing materials, and supporting proof points for the Neuro portfolio. This role contributes actively to the creation and execution of the marketing plan, with a strong focus on downstream activities that support regional teams. The position helps package materials for effective regional use, provides guidance on content deployment, and contributes to collaboration with Leksell Gamma Knife Society. This role should combine a strategic mindset with a can-do personality and be strong with data analytics. For tradeshows and events you will also help with messaging and strategic focus. 

 

Your Responsibilities 

Translate positioning and value propositions into compelling communication narratives, product messaging, and clinical marketing assets that support promotional activities and sales enablement. 

 

  • Identify, develop, and support the execution of clinical, operational and financial proof points for the Neuro portfolio in close collaboration with Product Management and Regional Marketing. 

  • Analyze and present market data and be able to suggest actions based on that. 

  • Develop content for the Neuro portfolio, including presentations, brochures, videos and social media assets. 

  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and key industry drivers to strengthen portfolio positioning and messaging. 

  • Support regional sales and marketing teams with training and communication materials to ensure strong understanding of the BL Neuro portfolio and its value proposition. 

  • Create tailored materials for key target audiences, including neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, and medical physicists. 

 

What You Bring 

 

We are looking for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong follow-through, consistently delivers on commitments, and takes ownership of their work. You feel comfortable operating in an international setting and bring a collaborative mindset, building strong relationships through excellent interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as required. 

  • University degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in a marketing role. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Swedish and additional languages are considered an advantage. Hands-on experience with Adobe Express or similar content creation tools. 

  • Familiarity with paid media platforms and digital marketing channels. 

  • Experience in marketing within the medical technology industry. 

  • Experience with B2B marketing in a complex, cross-functional environment. 

  • A creative mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented, data driven approach.
