We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies and product marketing initiatives that support product adoption and business growth. This role will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging, execute successful product launches, create sales enablement materials, and leverage customer and market insights to deliver impactful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Guesty's solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional product launches by partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
  • Conduct market research, customer research, and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including product collateral, battle cards, presentations, training materials, and customer-facing content.
  • Define target audiences, buyer personas, and customer journeys to support product adoption and demand generation.
  • Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market insights to recommend improvements and optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with Product Management to influence product roadmap decisions based on customer and market insights.
  • Measure and report on product marketing initiatives using key performance metrics and business outcomes.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 3-4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS, software, or technology company.
  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and feature releases.
  • Strong experience in product positioning, messaging, value proposition development, and storytelling.
  • Experience conducting market research, customer research, competitive analysis, and defining buyer personas.
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials, including presentations, product collateral, battle cards, and training content.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and experience partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Experience analyzing product performance, customer insights, and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience in the hospitality, travel, property management, or vacation rental industry.
  • Experience marketing SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or technology products.
  • Experience with product analytics, customer research tools, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve content creation, market research, or go-to-market execution.
