We’re looking for a hands-on and passionate Product Marketing Manager at Objective Corporation based in Wollongong.  

This role is for a go-getter, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can switch gears quickly, gets stuck in, and knows how to turn strategy into action without overcomplicating it.

The role 

You’ll drive product marketing for Objective RegWorks, owning the messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market activity that helps position our product as a leader in the market. 

You’ll sit at the centre of sales, product, and marketing, connecting the dots, keeping momentum high, and making sure our product story lands with impact.

What you'll be doing:

    • Building strong, sharp product messaging and value propositions. 

    • Developing and launching go-to-market initiatives at pace. 

    • Creating practical, high-quality sales tools and collateral that teams can use immediately. 

    • Turning customer and market insights into action. 

    • Testing new product initiatives quickly and efficiently. 

    • Partnering closely with corporate marketing to execute campaigns that deliver results. 

    • Driving awareness through digital and social campaigns. 

    • Supporting product launches, events, and market-facing activity. 

    • Acting as the link between customer feedback, sales insights, and product direction.

What you'll bring:

     
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
    • 4-5+ years’ experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS, or tech marketing. 

    • Strong communication and presentation skills.  

    • The ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.  

    • A sharp eye for opportunity and a bias for action.  

    • Confidence working across teams and driving momentum.
