The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is an exceptional communicator and enjoys creating high-quality content. Working closely with the Global Head of Go-to-Market and the Chief Operating Officer, you'll help execute Constantinople's marketing, communications and brand initiatives across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer with excellent attention to detail, enjoys turning complex ideas into clear and compelling messages, and is eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft and edit high-quality content including thought leadership articles, blogs, case studies,
    customer success stories and website copy.
  • Develop sales and marketing collateral, presentations, brochures and capability statements.
  • Support the creation of executive communications, speeches, conference presentations and
    customer announcements.
  • Manage content across Constantinople's website and digital channels.
  • Create and schedule social media content, working to grow brand awareness and
    engagement.
  • Assist with product launches, customer announcements and media communications.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Support industry events, conferences, webinars and customer roundtables.
  • Work with external agencies on design, PR and creative projects where required.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
  • Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Track marketing activities and campaign performance, providing regular reporting and
    recommendations.
  • Help maintain marketing assets, customer references and sales enablement materials.

Who You Are

  • Around 2+ experience in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
  • Exceptional written English with the ability to write clearly, concisely and persuasively.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to simplify complex business or technical topics into engaging content.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work across different teams.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a desire to learn.
