Who are we?

iPiD empowers financial institutions, payment service providers, and enterprises with a single global API for Know Your Payee (KYP) verification—reducing fraud, reducing costs, staying compliant, and streamlining cross-border payments, globally.

We are a fast-growing fintech startup, founded by a global team of industry veterans from iconic organizations like SWIFT and Thomson Reuters. Supported by leading investors such as Monk's Hill Ventures, Jungle Ventures and Saison Capital, and guided by an advisory team featuring C-suite leaders from Microsoft, Commonwealth Bank, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Our team combines global expertise with local insights; we are present across key cities—including Singapore, Hanoi, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, London, New York, and Dubai.
What are we looking for?

We're looking for a commercially-minded product marketer who can move between strategy and execution without missing a beat. You'll have 3–5 years in product marketing, growth, or a hybrid role — ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments — with hands-on experience in paid campaigns, CRM and outbound tools, and building the sales enablement materials that actually get used.

Your writing is precise enough for a CFO and practical enough for a sales rep. And while you don't need to arrive as a payments expert, genuine curiosity about the space will take you far here.

This role suits someone who's genuinely curious about the payments space — cross-border transactions, financial crime prevention, the problems PSPs and treasury teams lose sleep over. You don't need to arrive as an expert, but that curiosity will matter.
This is a full-time role reporting to the Growth & Brand Director, based in Kuala Lumpur (KL Eco City) or Singapore (Robinson Road)
Core Responsibilities:
Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Own ICP framework development and maintenance, defining buyer segments, pain points, and use cases across PSPs/fintechs, banks, and corporate treasury audiences
  • Develop and refine competitive positioning and messaging for iPiD's core products (Validate and Node)
  • Translate product and market intelligence into sales enablement material like talk tracks, one-pagers, brochures
  • Build and maintain the sales enablement library in coordination with the Growth & Brand Director

Demand Generation & Paid Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google
  • Run structured A/B tests across ad copy, targeting, and landing pages; document learnings for ongoing iteration
  • Work with the Growth & Brand Director on CRO priorities

Outbound & CRM Operations

  • Build and manage Apollo prospecting sequences for the sales team, including persona targeting, messaging, and sequence logic
  • Maintain Pipedrive hygiene: data accuracy, pipeline stage discipline, and contact enrichment
  • Produce pipeline analytics dashboards to support weekly and monthly reporting

Market Research & Insights

  • Monitor the competitive and regulatory landscape across key markets
  • Translate market and customer insights into positioning updates and sales team briefings
  • Support ICP validation through ongoing research and feedback loops with sales

Requirements

Experience

  • 3–5 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a combined role, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
  • Demonstrated experience with paid advertising (LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads) including hands-on campaign management
  • Familiarity with CRM and outbound tools
  • Experience producing sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, talk tracks) for technical or financial products

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong analytical instinct, comfortable building frameworks, interpreting funnel data, and making data-informed decisions
  • Able to move between strategic thinking and tactical execution without needing a separate brief for each
  • Clear, precise written communication as this role produces materials that reach CFOs, Heads of Payments, and compliance leads
  • Structured and self-directed; able to manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight
  • Interest in or existing knowledge of payments infrastructure, cross-border transactions, or financial crime prevention is a strong plus

Why This Role

  • You'll own meaningful work from day one, not assist on it
  • Direct line to the Growth & Brand Director and exposure to C-suite conversations on strategy and market expansion
  • Opportunity to build the playbooks and infrastructure that will scale with the team post-Series A
  • A product that solves a real, complex problem in a market that's moving fast

Benefits

What do we offer?

You will work with a team of world-class fintech and payments veterans to shape up the future of payments, and will also have:

  • Excellent growth opportunities in global payment services technology
  • Flexible and collaborative work environment
  • Competitive salary
  • Employee Stock Options plan
  • Discretionary performance bonus
  • Health benefits
  • Laptop and accessories

Skills Required

  • 3-5 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a combined role, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments

What We Do

We share a vision to make cross-border payments easy, secure, and seamless. We achieve this by partnering with financial services providers (banks, payment systems, payment fintechs, wallets…) to deliver an addressing data platform that helps the payment industry to provide a more efficient and user-friendly payment journey. iPiD is built for all – we do not replace banks, payment fintechs, wallets or remittance companies; nor do we replace existing payment rails. Contact our team to find out how our solutions can transform your cross-border payment experience.
