The Role
Options are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to sharpen how we position, package, and take our products to market.
The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the Product and Sales teams to turn complex capabilities into clear, compelling messaging and sales tools, and ensure we show up consistently across campaigns and launches. This is a highly collaborative, output-driven role focused on execution that drives
adoption.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- 3-5 years experience in a Product Marketing focused role.
- Advanced ability to develop clear, concise and impactful messaging.
- Previous experience creating sales enablement content.
- Effective partnership with technical teams to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- B2B experience and a Financial Technology background is preferred, but not essential.
Typical job duties would include:
Product Messaging & Positioning
- Developing clear, differentiated messaging for multiple product lines.
- Translating technical capabilities into client-focused value propositions.
- Ensuring consistency across all channels.
Sales Enablement
- Creating and maintaining: Battlecards, One-pagers, Pitch decks.
- Working directly with sales to ensure materials are creating impact.
Go-To-Market Execution
- Supporting product launches and campaigns.
- Aligning messaging across: Options Website, Events, Digital Campaigns.
- Collaborating with Digital and Events Leads to bring campaigns to life.
