If you want to join a fast-growing, highly collaborative, and supportive team that is at the forefront of real estate transformation, we’re the company for you.

About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing. In this role, you’ll own how HqO’s products come to life in the market by crafting compelling positioning and messaging and driving home adoption and awareness. You will be the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring every product launch, campaign, and story reinforces HqO’s leadership in real estate experience technology.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who loves turning complex ideas into clear, compelling messages that drive real business results. This position will enjoy a collaborative hybrid work model, with a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) in our Boston office.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute go-to-market product launches, developing positioning, messaging, enablement materials, and campaigns in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Own product adoption strategy by partnering with the broader marketing team on targeted communications and collaborating with Customer Success on customer education initiatives.
  • Develop impactful content, including one-pagers, presentations, product videos, case studies, and customer stories that clearly articulate the value of HqO's platform, working alongside content and design partners to bring it to life.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team and agency partners to amplify product news and launch momentum across owned and earned channels.
  • Lead internal enablement by ensuring Sales, Customer Success, and Client Services teams have the right resources, messaging, and proof points to position our products effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze product usage and campaign performance, using insights to refine messaging, drive engagement, and surface opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to capture feedback and success stories that inform future launches and strengthen our brand narrative.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and synthesize market insights into actionable positioning recommendations for the product and marketing roadmap.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in a SaaS or technology company, with a track record of owning GTM strategy from brief to launch.
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling products, with measurable impact on adoption, engagement, or revenue.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and the ability to align stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and keep GTM plans moving.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you balance multiple projects and deliver with urgency and quality.
  • An analytical mindset with experience using product data, campaign metrics, and customer feedback to sharpen messaging and inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with B2B and/or proptech markets is a plus, but not required
