This Product Marketing Manager will support go-to-market initiatives across Lytx’s portfolio of fleet solutions with emphasis on the telematics functionality within each solution. Lytx telematics can be used in conjunction with video safety or separately for maintenance, fuel management, asset or fleet tracking, compliance and fleet optimization needs. These solutions give fleets a more complete view of their vehicles, drivers, and operations—helping them simplify technology decisions and unlock greater value from their fleet data.

This role is ideal for a product marketer who enjoys working at the center of fleet telematics, connected vehicle data, and integrated fleet technology. You’ll own the telematics narrative across our portfolio and translate complex data, platform capabilities, and integrations into clear, differentiated value for fleet leaders.

You’ll Get To

  • Lead Go-to-Market for Integrated Fleet Solutions: Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for Lytx’s portfolio of integrated telematics solutions, helping fleets adopt connected safety, telematics, and operational insights.

  • Package and Position Solutions: Develop clear messaging and positioning that communicates the value of combining telematics data, fleet insights, and video safety into a unified solution.

  • Launch New Offerings: Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to bring new telematics capabilities and integrated fleet solutions to market.

  • Simplify Complex Technology: Translate telematics platforms, connected vehicle data, and fleet analytics into compelling value propositions for fleet operators, safety leaders, and IT decision-makers.

  • Develop High-Impact Content: Work with the Creative team and cross-functional partners to develop compelling market-facing assets—including launch decks, product videos, interactive content, and sales collateral.

  • Act as the Voice of the Customer: Participate in client conversations, listen to Gong calls, and help define and refine personas across the buying committee specific to fleet operations roles across multiple industry categories such as trucking, local delivery, and field services.

  • Enable Sales and Customer Success: Partner with Learning & Enablement to build materials that help GTM teams confidently position Lytx’s integrated telematics solutions.

  • Amplify Product Announcements: Collaborate with PR and Corporate Communications to support launches and highlight new capabilities through announcements and thought leadership content.

  • Support Marketing Campaigns: Partner with Growth Marketing to ensure All-in-One telematics solutions are clearly represented across campaigns and throughout the buyer journey.

  • Understand the Market and Competitive Landscape: Stay up to date on trends in telematics, connected vehicles, AI-powered safety, and fleet operations. Bring competitive insights and market perspective back to the business.

  • Represent Lytx at Key Events: Attend Protect (our user group conference), tradeshows, and field events to showcase innovation and connect with customers and prospects.

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a related role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, telematics, connected vehicle technology, IoT, or fleet management platforms

  • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives for telematics platforms or integrated fleet solutions

  • Ability to translate complex technical systems and vehicle data into clear business value

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams

  • Confidence presenting to internal and external audiences, including sales teams, executives, and customers

  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills

  • Curiosity about emerging trends in telematics, connected fleets, AI-driven analytics, and fleet technology ecosystems

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills

  • Travel Requirement: Up to 25% travel

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$136,000.00 - $172,000.00
