We seek for “Product Marketing Manager” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy, in Dilovası,Kocaeli with below qualifications.
How you'll make an impact:
Create, plan, and implement local go-to-market product marketing strategies, including defining product value propositions and positioning in line with global strategy.
Lead pre-sales activities and value-based selling initiatives.
Oversee sales execution for assigned products by preparing relevant materials and providing guidance to Sales teams.
Participate in monthly forecast meetings, monitor results for the unit, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
Ensure implementation of GPG marketing plans (e.g., campaigns) across the Hub.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your Background
You hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Master’s in business management would be advantageous.
Proven work experience in the transformer’s environment, marketing and sales with minimum 10 years relevant work experience. With background in quotation preparation including costing and pricing experience with capability & capacity alignment with operations, Eng, supply chain.
Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experiences. Knowledge and exposure in Sales Force.Com and MS Office
Understand sales performance metrics. Business acumen with problem-solving attitude and leadership skill.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written, negotiation skill, influencing skills.
Very good command of written and spoken Turkish & English.
