Responsibilities
- Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans and algorithms to improve business processes
- Work with large datasets for data extraction, analysis, presentation, and visualization
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions by benchmarking, and finding best practices
- Designing comprehensive analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions
- Tracking operational performance across international markets within the scope of global expansion; developing algorithms to address evolving customer and vendor needs in newly launched regions.
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Turkish and English.
- Creative problem-solver with a thrive for ambiguity, maintaining a balance between the "big picture" and granular details.
- Strong belief in data as the most powerful tool for decision-making; ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative results effectively.
- Excellent communicator with a passion for building relationships; understanding that while numbers are key, business is built with people.
- Growth-oriented mindset with openness to direct feedback, eager to take initiative and responsibility in a fluid, fast-changing environment.
