About the role
Business Unit Brazed & Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers (BU BFB) is looking for a Product Marketing Manager. The Product Marketing Manager plays a central and hands-on role in driving this transformation toward a market- and customer-oriented approach.
The purpose of the role is to define, implement, and execute global product marketing strategies that connect market and customer insights with product innovation, positioning, and commercial execution. The role ensures that our products are not only technically superior but also clearly positioned, competitively differentiated, and aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
By bridging Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, the Product Marketing Manager translates technology and innovation into customer value — turning strategy into tangible go-to-market action and measurable growth.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Define and execute global product marketing and go-to-market strategies, leading the full product introduction process from planning to launch.
Ensure clear, differentiated, and customer-focused product positioning by working closely with Product Management and Market Intelligence.
Translate innovations and market insights into compelling value propositions, messaging, and commercial opportunities.
Equip sales teams with effective tools, training, and value-based messaging in collaboration with Sales and Divisional Marketing.
Partner with external agencies, research partners, and creative teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned marketing content.
Engage with key customers to gather insights and develop strong reference stories.
Foster a hands-on, market-oriented mindset across the Product Management & Marketing organization, ensuring alignment and successful go-to-market execution
In this role you will report to the Head of Marketing (BU BFB) and you will be located in Lund. Approximately 20 days travel / year will be expected in this role.
Who you are

Market- and customer-oriented mindset; passionate about connecting customer needs with product innovation.
Structured and organized with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
Collaborative, able to build alignment between Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
Strong communicator who can simplify complexity and inspire action.
Curious, analytical, and driven by results.
What you know
5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related commercial role, ideally in a global B2B environment.
Proven experience leading hands-on go-to-market or product introduction activities from concept to execution.
Strong understanding of value-based marketing, segmentation, and positioning principles.
Skilled in managing agencies and coordinating multi-channel marketing execution.
Ability to translate technical features into compelling, customer-oriented messaging.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
What's in it for you?
We can offer you a challenging role in an international team, and an open and friendly work environment. We focus on performance and support personal and professional development through well-established people, processes, and opportunities.
