We’re hiring a hands-on Product Marketing Manager who thrives where product, sales, and marketing meet. You’ll turn technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes, own go-to-market execution, and equip our field teams with the narratives and tools to win. If you’ve built B2B SaaS stories and love cross-functional work that blends research, positioning, and execution, you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Do

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Build and maintain compelling product narratives that communicate value, differentiation, and customer benefit.
  • Create persona-based messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across web, campaigns, and sales materials.
  • Partner with Brand and Revenue Marketing to convert product capabilities into customer-focused stories that drive engagement.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Lead or support GTM plans for product launches, feature releases, and updates.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define goals, craft enablement materials, and ensure readiness across teams.
  • Measure launch performance and apply learnings to future initiatives.

Pricing & Packaging Support

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Finance to inform and support pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Contribute to market and competitive research that helps validate positioning and offer design.
  • Help create pricing enablement tools (e.g., comparison charts, talking points, objection-handling resources) for internal teams.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to inform positioning and product strategy.
  • Build and maintain competitive battlecards, win/loss insights, and messaging updates for field teams.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and deliver product materials such as pitch decks, demo scripts, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides.
  • Support Sales and Channel teams through training and education that improve confidence and conversion.

Voice of the Customer

  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to gather insights from customers, partners, and the field.
  • Use feedback and case studies to refine messaging and enhance credibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the connective link between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement.
  • Ensure consistent alignment between what we build, how we sell it, and how customers experience it.

Who You Are

  • 5 plus years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in cloud communications, CX, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven success supporting go-to-market execution for launches or major feature rollouts.
  • Excellent storyteller — able to distill technical capabilities into compelling customer value.
  • Skilled in building content and enablement tools that drive awareness, adoption, and sales performance.
  • Data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear, differentiated product messaging elevates our market position.
  • Seamless launches that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Sales teams who are confident and effective in articulating product value.
  • Strong, collaborative relationships across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
