The Senior Software Engineer - Frontend is responsible for developing and optimizing web applications, collaborating with design and product teams, and mentoring junior engineers, focusing on high-quality production code and modern technologies.

As a Staff Software Engineer (UI), you will modernize web applications, enhance user experiences, and lead frontend engineering initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure and tooling. Partner with engineering teams to implement secure cloud solutions, CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, middleware, monitoring, and best practices. Provide training and operational support.

Perform 100% outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and social selling to identify and qualify opportunities using SPICED. Manage daily activities to generate pipeline, partner with Account Executives, and leverage AI and sales tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.

Manage a portfolio of channel partners in the West, recruit and enable partners, build territory go-to-market strategies, drive partner-led pipeline and revenue, conduct partner business reviews using AI-driven insights, align cross-functionally, and serve as partner advocate and escalation point.

Run full-cycle sales for 21–200 employee accounts across inbound, channel, chat, and outbound. Qualify using MEDDPICC, demo products, build mutual success plans, manage a Salesforce pipeline, forecast accurately, and close multi-product UCaaS/CCaaS/SaaS deals within 30–90 day cycles.

Provide high-quality technical support across hardware, software, and networking for Nextiva customers. Troubleshoot issues, document interactions, own issue resolution, meet performance metrics, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows while continuously learning Nextiva products and processes.

The Senior Accountant will handle general accounting duties, assist with month-end close processes, cash flow forecasting, and liaise with third-party accountants.

Sell Nextiva's Unified-CXM to small businesses (≤20 employees) via high-energy outbound prospecting, consultative discovery, tailored demos, and disciplined Salesforce pipeline management. Achieve quota, use AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize outreach and objections, maintain accurate CRM documentation, and drive deals to close while working onsite in Scottsdale.

Sell Nextiva CX portfolio to mid-market companies via inbound/outbound outreach. Qualify leads, conduct needs analysis, manage pipeline with established sales methodology (MEDDPIC/Customer Centric Selling), present demos, negotiate and close deals, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel extensively to meet clients.

Own reliability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence for middleware and cloud platforms. Support Kafka, vector databases, GCP/GKE, observability, automation, incident response, SLIs/SLOs, and database operations while driving IaC, monitoring, and platform reliability initiatives.

Lead strategy and execution for AI platform adoption and integrations across Nextiva products. Define roadmaps for XBert and NextIQ, own integrations marketplace and partner ecosystem, prioritize and deliver scalable integration experiences, manage intake-to-launch processes, and drive adoption using customer insights, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for mid-market CX and BPO solutions. Conduct customer discovery, prioritize omnichannel and AI investments, partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science and GTM to deliver features, drive launches and adoption, define success metrics, and influence executives using data-driven recommendations.
