Own reliability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence for middleware and cloud platforms. Support Kafka, vector databases, GCP/GKE, observability, automation, incident response, SLIs/SLOs, and database operations while driving IaC, monitoring, and platform reliability initiatives.

Run full-cycle sales for 21–200 employee accounts across inbound, channel, chat, and outbound. Qualify using MEDDPICC, demo products, build mutual success plans, manage a Salesforce pipeline, forecast accurately, and close multi-product UCaaS/CCaaS/SaaS deals within 30–90 day cycles.

Lead vision and delivery of AI-powered voice capabilities for Nextiva's CX platform. Define strategy, prioritize roadmap (ASR, NLP, IVR, SIP, analytics), collaborate cross-functionally, drive launches, monetize voice features, and iterate using telemetry and A/B testing to improve agent productivity and customer outcomes.

Lead strategy and execution for AI platform adoption and integrations across Nextiva products. Define roadmaps for XBert and NextIQ, own integrations marketplace and partner ecosystem, prioritize and deliver scalable integration experiences, manage intake-to-launch processes, and drive adoption using customer insights, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead design and production of high-quality marketing creative at Nextiva, leveraging AI tools. Manage a creative team, define standards, and ensure brand consistency while connecting creative efforts to business results.
