Lead the architecture and roadmap of a multi-cluster Kubernetes platform, including GitOps, internal developer tooling, networking, service mesh, observability, security, GPU/ML workload support, reliability, capacity planning, and cost optimization. Provide technical direction, lead incident response and postmortems, mentor engineers, and influence platform standards across engineering teams.

Own and modernize CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling across a microservices platform. Coach and develop leaders, manage support metrics, identify revenue opportunities, use data and AI to improve operations, and build staffing recommendations. Ensure revenue initiatives support customer needs, service quality, and compliance while leading operational change and accountability across the organization.

Processes customer porting paperwork, maintains customer files and documentation, submits and monitors orders through carrier portals, manages cases, updates caller IDs, sends status communications, and responds to customer calls and emails. The role requires strong administrative organization, attention to detail, time management, decision-making, and professional English communication in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Perform 100% outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and social selling to identify and qualify opportunities using SPICED. Manage daily activities to generate pipeline, partner with Account Executives, and leverage AI and sales tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.

Run full-cycle sales for 21–200 employee accounts across inbound, channel, chat, and outbound. Qualify using MEDDPICC, demo products, build mutual success plans, manage a Salesforce pipeline, forecast accurately, and close multi-product UCaaS/CCaaS/SaaS deals within 30–90 day cycles.

Grow revenue within existing small-business accounts through proactive outreach, discovery, demos, upselling, and cross-selling. Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline, forecasting, follow-up, and customer relationships using Salesforce. Communicate AI-powered platform value, meet expansion targets, incorporate AI tools, and continuously improve sales and product knowledge.

Provide high-quality technical support across hardware, software, and networking for Nextiva customers. Troubleshoot issues, document interactions, own issue resolution, meet performance metrics, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows while continuously learning Nextiva products and processes.

Design, build, and deploy NLP and generative AI solutions (LLMs, transformers, RAG) using deep learning frameworks; fine-tune models, implement prompt engineering, integrate into production pipelines, and evaluate model performance.

Designs, builds, deploys, and operates production-grade AI systems, agentic SDLC workflows, and scalable internal AI platforms. The role integrates AI models with developer tools, enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure while ensuring security, observability, reliability, and measurable business impact. Responsibilities include architecture, technical leadership, AI evaluation, platform standards, operationalization, mentoring, and cross-functional influence across Nextiva.

Lead end-to-end product design across desktop and mobile, partner with Product and Engineering, engage customers for research, create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, evolve design systems, validate with usability testing and analytics, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate design and implementation.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for mid-market CX and BPO solutions. Conduct customer discovery, prioritize omnichannel and AI investments, partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science and GTM to deliver features, drive launches and adoption, define success metrics, and influence executives using data-driven recommendations.

Sell Nextiva's Unified-CXM to small businesses (≤20 employees) by prospecting, managing pipeline, leading discovery, delivering tailored demos, creating urgency, closing deals, using AI tools to optimize outreach, and keeping accurate Salesforce documentation to meet quotas.
