As Product Marketing Manager at SmarterDx, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare AI technology by owning the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for products within SmarterDx’s innovative suite of clinical AI solutions. 

You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic, fast-growing company, working closely with passionate teams across product, sales, customer success, and leadership. In this role, you’ll strategize and execute initiatives to deeply understand the evolving needs of healthcare decision-makers, uncovering opportunities for SmarterDx to deliver exceptional value. **This role is fully remote within the US**

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with healthcare providers and decision-makers.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, including market segmentation, competitive analysis, and campaign strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align on strategy and drive commercial success
  • Conduct in-depth market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Strategize, guide and oversee creation of sales enablement materials, training sessions, and tools that empower the sales team to effectively communicate product value.
  • Partner with content and demand generation teams to develop impactful collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and product demos.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and growth.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within healthcare technology, fintech or related fields.
  • Proven track record of developing successful product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tell compelling stories.
  • Experience creating sales enablement content and collaborating closely with sales teams to drive revenue.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows, revenue cycle management, or clinical AI solutions is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision making.

Compensation

$125k to $145k base + equity
