What We’re Looking ForA strategic product marketer to define and communicate SeekOut’s position in AI-powered talent acquisition. You’ll own positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategy for SeekOut Spot (AI recruiting agent) and SeekOut Recruit (SaaS platform).
What You’ll Do- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging across buyer segments
- Translate complex AI capabilities into compelling, outcomes-based value props
- Own end-to-end product launches—from planning to measurement
- Lead cross-functional GTM efforts with Product, Sales, Success, and Legal
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence and win/loss programs
- Conduct SWOT and gap analyses to identify market opportunities
- Manage analyst and media relations to shape market perception
- Create sales enablement assets: decks, battlecards, calculators, demo scripts
- Drive thought leadership and content aligned to buyer journey and market trends
- Capture customer success stories and measurable outcomes
- Monitor and integrate evolving AI regulations into messaging and positioning
- Product positioning and messaging frameworks
- Product launch strategy and execution
- Competitive intelligence and win/loss programs
- Sales enablement tools and curriculum
- Customer evidence pipeline and content
- Market analysis and sizing initiatives
- 7+ years in B2B product marketing for enterprise software
- Proven success leading GTM for SaaS and AI/ML products
- Skilled at translating technical features into business value
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
- Strong market analysis and strategic thinking
- Data-driven mindset with focus on revenue and pipeline impact
- Experience with analyst/media relations preferred
- HR Tech or talent acquisition experience a plus

To ensure fairness for new hires and existing team members, we factor in an individual's unique skills and experience, market data, and the internal equity of the team.
For sales roles the ranges are expressed as On Target Earning or OTE (OTE = base + incentives in the form of sales incentive plans).
Base compensation $140,000 - $165,000 per year
