Job Description


We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this mission-critical role, you will collaborate closely with the Heads of Product, Strategy, Sales, and Marketing to deeply understand our customers’ use cases and define product positioning.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pain points, and preferences through customer interviews and surveys

    • Work alongside Product to craft feature use cases and target customer personas

    • Run customer tests to understand behavior drivers and optimize performance

  • Identify market opportunities and positioning by conducting analyses of competitors

    • Craft concise materials to inform the business of ongoing changes in the market

  • Craft product messaging and work directly with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding, including but not limited to, new product launches

    • Work alongside Sales leadership to ensure necessary Sales Enablement materials are available

    • Strategize with Marketing to identify customer events and maximize engagement

    • Work with Partners and internal stakeholders to generate industry expert whitepapers

  • Define and monitor product/feature key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform success

  • Develop and present actionable recommendations for senior leadership


What you bring:

  • 3+ years of product ENT B2B marketing and 5+ years of overall product experience within tech (prior insurance experience is a plus)

  • Proven track record of crafting successful go-to-market positioning

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders

  • Fast-paced, nimble, and a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment

  • Working experience in Excel, SQL or Google BigQuery

We operate on a hybrid schedule for in-office employees. Standard schedules are three days per week in the office, however, the cadence and days are determined by each team and manager.
