About the opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Lead Generation, you will be responsible for the delivery of the comprehensive product marketing communications plan to drive product adoption and engagement across our existing customer base. You will define and manage the go-to-marketing strategy and material for new products and feature launches, including live webinars, email campaigns, product collateral and more.
In addition, you will provide support to the Campaign Marketing Manager and Senior Manager - Lead Generation to shape and deliver the overall product communications strategy, to maintain high customer retention rates.
Other key areas of responsibility will include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing communications plan;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position products effectively and develop compelling content;
- Utilise our CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) to automate marketing campaigns, manage customer segmentation, and deliver targeted communications;
- Conduct market and customer research to inform audience targeting and messaging;
- Create engaging product content that communicates our value proposition and drives product adoption and customer retention;
- Oversee product launches, feature releases, and positioning to enhance customer engagement.
About you
As an experienced Product Marketing Manager, you thrive in an entrepreneurial and values-driven culture. You have a passion for technology, a continuous curiosity to learn, and a commitment to succeed. A strategic thinker with strong communication skills, you naturally build rapport with key stakeholders and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a software or technology company;
- Proficiency across a wide range of marketing channels (in-product app, email, blog, social media, website, digital, video, and events) and understanding of how each supports business goals;
- A strong insight-led approach with the ability to understand and cater to customer preferences;
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce;
- Proven experience in managing a product’s lifecycle from ideation to launch;
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Salary
The salary range for this role is $130, 000 - $140, 000 + superannuation
Part-time options available for the successful candidate.
