About the role

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies for GST Fire Alarm and PAVA product portfolios.
• Define market positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from launch to end-of-life planning.
• Work closely with global product management teams to localize products and solutions for regional requirements.

Market Development

• Drive business growth across India and Southeast Asia markets.
• Conduct market research, segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Identify and develop new verticals.
• Develop region-specific growth strategies and business plans.

Channel & Sales Enablement

• Support sales teams with product presentations, value-selling tools, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct regular training for channel partners, distributors, consultants, and internal sales teams.
• Create sales collateral, technical brochures, case studies, and marketing content.
• Assist sales teams in customer meetings, project specifications, and solution positioning.

Product Launch & Demand Generation

• Plan and execute new product launches.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, digital marketing, webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
• Generate market awareness and customer engagement programs.
• Track campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

Consultant & Ecosystem Engagement

• Build strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, EPCs, architects, and end users.
• Promote specification inclusion of GST Fire Alarm and PAVA solutions.
• Support technical seminars, customer workshops, and industry forums.

Business Planning & Forecasting

• Prepare business forecasts, demand planning, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor product performance, revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Recommend actions to achieve growth targets and improve competitiveness.
