Bring products, packaging, brands, and customer solutions to life.
Wayne-Sanderson Farms is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our corporate team in Oakwood, Georgia. You will partner closely with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, Operations, IT, and other teams to manage product and packaging initiatives for both company brands and customer private-label products.
If you're a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys variety, managing multiple projects, and seeing your work make it all the way to the customer, this could be a great next step.
What You'll Do
Product & Packaging Marketing
- Lead packaging and labeling projects for company brands and customer private-label products.
- Partner with Sales and customers on packaging design, new product development, and product modifications.
- Coordinate product updates across multiple teams and internal systems.
- Help ensure product, packaging, barcode, and labeling information is accurate and up to date.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and help implement practical solutions.
Customer & Sales Support
- Serve as a marketing partner to Sales on customer-specific product and packaging needs.
- Help translate customer requirements into actionable product and packaging solutions.
- Support accurate product information and electronic data requirements for customers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, packaging, consumer products, or a related business environment.
- Experience within food, poultry, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, or private-label products is highly valued.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around product information, packaging, and customer requirements.
- Confidence partnering with multiple departments and communicating with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, digital asset management, product-information systems, or content portals is a plus.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Why This Role?
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional marketing role. You'll have the chance to work across brands, products, packaging, customers, and business functions, giving you visibility into how products move from an idea through execution and ultimately to the customer.
You'll also have the opportunity to make an impact by improving processes, solving customer needs, and helping ensure products are represented accurately and consistently in the marketplace.
