Must Have
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience.
- Experience marketing DevTools, developer infrastructure, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, observability, or another deep-tech B2B product is mandatory.
- Experience working with highly technical buyers such as Software Engineers, Platform Engineers, Engineering Managers, CTOs, or VP Engineering.
- Strong technical curiosity with the ability to quickly understand complex engineering concepts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating product messaging from the ground up.
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience with AI developer tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.).
- Experience in observability, runtime systems, debugging, distributed systems, or cloud-native technologies.
- Background in software engineering or computer science.
- Experience launching category-defining products.

- Develop differentiated messaging for engineering leaders, platform teams, developers, and AI-first organizations.
- Own product launches from strategy through execution.
- Create compelling technical content including blogs, product pages, demos, presentations, customer stories, and solution briefs.
- Partner closely with Product to deeply understand new capabilities and translate them into customer value.
- Build sales enablement materials including demo path, battle cards, pitch decks, objection handling, one-pagers, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct competitive research across DevTools, observability, AI coding, platform engineering, and developer infrastructure.
- Work with customers to create case studies, technical success stories, webinars, and conference talks.
- Collaborate with Growth and Marketing on campaigns, website messaging and product announcements.
- Become the internal expert on our customers, ICPs, use cases, and market trends.
- Love translating technical complexity into simple, compelling stories.
- Enjoy speaking with engineers and understanding how they think.
- Can switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and execution.
- Like creating content yourself rather than outsourcing everything.
- Want to help define a completely new market category.
