Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for a Runtime Internals product group. Partner with engineering, research, customers, and go-to-market teams to translate complex runtime and systems challenges into product requirements and customer value. Drive prioritization, technical tradeoffs, launches, success metrics, experimentation, and iteration across performance, reliability, compatibility, usability, and developer experience.

Integrate Hud’s SDK into complex production systems, debug performance and reliability issues, build customer-facing and internal tooling, and create repeatable agentic workflows. The role owns technical execution across customer engagements, develops reusable playbooks and reference architectures, translates customer pain points into product improvements, and leads technical debugging sessions and communications. It requires strong backend engineering, production systems expertise, performance engineering, and customer engagement skills.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through personalized, high-volume outbound outreach to engineering leaders and technical buyers across global markets. Research target accounts, identify stakeholders and buying triggers, qualify technical and business needs, handle objections, and maintain accurate CRM data. Partner with Account Executives on account strategies and handoffs while continuously testing and improving messaging and prospecting workflows.

Own Hud’s product marketing strategy for its runtime code sensor and AI SDLC platform. Responsibilities include developing positioning and messaging, leading product launches, creating technical content, building sales enablement materials, conducting competitive research, developing customer stories, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, and founders to establish a new market category.

Build and ship runtime instrumentation and observability components that operate inside production applications. Investigate runtime internals such as garbage collection, JITs, event loops, tracing hooks, and bytecode; optimize CPU and memory overhead; and ensure safe, backward-compatible operation. Debug distributed-system issues, design resilient fail-open systems, and work with product teams on technical trade-offs. The role also involves mentoring, technical leadership, and potentially developing security agents, APM tooling, telemetry systems, eBPF integrations, and low-overhead tracing.

Own end-to-end B2B SaaS sales cycles in global markets, selling to technical buyers and senior managers. Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead discovery and qualification, manage forecasts in CRM tools, and lead POVs or POCs. The role requires consultative selling, autonomy, strong deal progression, and collaboration across flexible US and Israeli time zones in a fast-paced startup environment.
