The role involves identifying opportunities across the funnel, leveraging deep user insights, and acting as the voice of the customer to ensure product development and marketing efforts are aligned with market needs and customer expectations.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Work closely with the Product team on go-to-market and growth strategies for new and existing features and product areas

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns across Sales, Customer Success, and Acquisition channels

  • Own and report on Product Marketing performance, ensuring clear accountability for results and business impact

  • Identify and act on user and funnel insights (quantitative and qualitative), including data analysis, surveys, and research in collaboration with the Research team

  • Shape product positioning, messaging, and in-product communication to drive adoption and engagement

  • Align cross-functional teams on priorities, ensuring consistency in strategy and execution across Product, Growth, Sales, and Partnerships

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks

  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and improvements to the overall platform experience

Your qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or a related role within a software company

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization

  • You must be hands-on, ready to connect the dots, engage stakeholders, and ensure alignment between strategy and tactics

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences

  • Due diligence and proactivity to make market-facing decisions and resolve conflicts based on data and evidence

  • Good understanding of marketing performance indicators and funnel metrics (activation, engagement, retention, conversion)

  • End-to-end go-to-market planning and execution experience

  • Experience collaborating with Product teams on roadmap planning and feature development to facilitate go-to-market launches

  • Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is a plus

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in remote or distributed teams

What we offer:

  • A global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done

  • An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Riga, Tallinn, or Barcelona

  • Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM)

  • Private health insurance

  • 2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being

  • 1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice

  • Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons, both on-site and online
