Lead the strategy and product direction for Printify Sales Hub, helping merchants progress from onboarding and product creation through first sale, early GMV, and retention. Own the product strategy, KPI framework, segmentation, experimentation, AI-led guidance, and commercial outcomes. Align Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, Lifecycle Marketing, and leadership across multiple squads while making prioritization and investment decisions. Mentor Product Managers and develop reusable frameworks for merchant-success initiatives.

Provides legal research, regulatory compliance guidance, and international legal advice across multiple jurisdictions. Advises cross-functional teams on compliance, ESG legislation, legal risk, negotiations, and internal processes. Leads compliance projects, supports due diligence and framework development, participates in stakeholder and partner discussions, and oversees compliance document management systems.

Lead the end-to-end Mentorship Program, managing its roadmap, community initiatives, educational courses, mentor programs, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Own the Supplier Management product roadmap, including decorator self-onboarding, internal assortment tools, and AI-driven automation. Improve catalog data quality, supplier activation, catalog growth, and time-to-live through measurable product initiatives. Collaborate with decorators, operations, engineering, design, and data teams while defining requirements, KPIs, and scalable platform workflows.

Partners with Sales to support technically complex enterprise deals, advising customers on APIs, integrations, Shopify architecture, and e-commerce solutions. Designs scalable integrations with ERPs, CRMs, and custom workflows; creates demos, proofs of concept, and prototypes; leads technical onboarding; troubleshoots implementations; documents solution designs; coordinates across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success; and provides structured product feedback.

Defines the future architecture and technical direction for the Merchant Experience platform. Owns architectural decisions, reviews design documentation, guides implementation, resolves performance and scalability challenges, and establishes engineering-wide standards. The role mentors multiple development teams, promotes Domain-Driven Design and microservices best practices, contributes to the Architecture Council, and collaborates with architects and engineers across the organization.

Own and raise embroidery and digitization quality standards across partners. Define acceptance criteria, build QA metrics and scorecards, run partner capability reviews, create SOPs and technical briefs, drive production and digitization improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel to production sites to enforce and improve embroidery outcomes.

Design, standardize, and automate global HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Map journeys, eliminate friction, create SOPs, track metrics, and deploy AI tools and custom agents (Claude, Gemini, Apps Script, workflow platforms) to improve service delivery while ensuring AI safety, data privacy, and internal upskilling.

Manage B2B outbound sales for North America: build pipeline with Sales Development, qualify and guide prospects through the buying process, collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs, and achieve quarterly sales targets while forecasting trends.
