Department Overview
Envysion, a leading provider of video-based SaaS technology solutions for restaurants, convenience stores and retailers is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will report to the head of marketing and sit on the marketing team with a direct line to the product team to deliver go-to-market strategies.
Job Description

You will be responsible for all aspects of bringing our cutting-edge products to market, from developing the critical messages and go-to-market strategy, working with marketing and creative to develop assets, to working with the product team to get early user feedback for all of our product lines. You will also define and craft the overall strategy and approach for nurturing and growing our existing products.

What you’ll do:

As a Product Marketer, you will work across Marketing and the Product Management teams to develop and deliver exceptional marketing for our Envysion solution. You will be tasked with driving strategy and go-to-market plans, bringing new products and features to market. Your focus will be on crafting messaging, creating marketing assets and sales enablement materials, and supporting campaigns.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own product and feature launches, including naming, messaging and positioning, identifying target audiences, and creating content to support the launch, such as web pages, social media, collateral, presentations, and more. Develop launch strategies by creating dynamic campaign plans, defining messaging angles, and delivering plans to the Growth Team for execution. Manage weekly reporting meetings, adapt campaigns on a weekly basis to maintain flexibility, and review teaser performance to adjust based on real-time learnings.

  • Develop the Product Positioning Guide (PPG) by formally defining product positioning, messaging, benefits, and competitive differentiation. Craft messaging and positioning that ties our products and features together and differentiates them in the market.

  • Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, customer interviews, and segmentation analysis that help us understand the psychographic and demographic traits of our key target customers. Drive target market research to gain first-hand insights directly from the Application Innovation Council (AIC). Conduct competitor and market research to better understand our differentiation, target customers, key industries, and buyer personas. Collaborate with Product Management to conduct experiments that test market demand for new concepts and validate various messaging strategies ahead of full product development.

  • Develop critical sales enablement collateral, including 1-pagers, slides, talk tracks, and pitch decks. Assist in developing robust sales training materials and lead the marketing presentation portion of product kickoffs.

  • Draft webpages, structure newsletter messaging, and develop engaging email messaging for campaigns. Deliver customer-facing product content including release notes, factsheets, datasheets, FAQs, video scripts, website content, sales decks, event collateral to effectively position and sell all layers of the Envysion product stack.

  • Partner with Product Management to be the voice of the customer. Communicate new benefits/features, update messaging actively as needed, and consistently keep marketing team members abreast of new launch timing and updates.

  • Work alongside the Growth Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive demand for products, solutions and software partnerships.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing, business or a related field.

  • 6+ years experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a business to business role.

  • Experience working with software cloud (SaaS) solutions is a plus.

  • Deck-building and presentation skills.
