We’re seeking a senior-level Product Marketing Manager to autonomously drive complex, cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will champion deep ownership over both strategic outcomes and the way work gets done across teams. As a senior leader, you are expected to bring a long-range perspective, shape business objectives, and directly influence product direction through sharp market insights, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.
What you’ll do:Lead product marketing strategy for Snap’s China Ads business, translating market needs and global insights into clear cross-functional priorities and influencing product roadmap direction
Drive research and analysis to identify new opportunities, clarify product plans, and shape product roadmap, measurement solutions, and broader marketing strategy
Own go-to-market efforts for new features and products, including multi-quarter, cross-product strategies that define narrative, packaging, launch approach, and best practices
Set, track, and deliver against adoption goals, and clearly communicate performance, success drivers, and gaps to senior cross-functional stakeholders
Lead cross-functional teams across Research, Sales or Partnerships, Communications, Marketing, Legal, and other partner functions to execute launches and strategic initiatives on time
Partner closely with Product and regional PMM counterparts to identify product gaps, define opportunity areas, and develop a clear point of view on market nuances and blockers to scaled adoption
Develop a holistic view of revenue performance across a customer objective or product area, using global trends and market insight to unlock broader growth opportunities
Align sales and product leadership on go-to-market priorities, progress, and key issues that need to be resolved to accelerate activation and scale
10+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field
Experience leading complex product marketing or go-to-market initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Experience translating customer, market, and business insight into product and go-to-market recommendations
Experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment on high-priority initiatives
Deep expertise in a core product, solution, or business domain, with strong customer and market orientation
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, multi-dimensional problems
Ability to operate independently with limited oversight and consistently drive work forward
Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor messages for different audiences and forums
Strong judgment and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence cross-functional partners up to VP level
Ability to balance detailed execution with long-term strategic thinking across multiple concurrent priorities
Ability to build strong relationships across adjacent teams and contribute to broader team capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and role modeling
Experience leading multi-quarter, cross-product go-to-market strategies across global or regional markets
Experience partnering closely with Product teams to influence roadmap direction and resolve adoption blockers
Experience owning adoption performance narratives, including identifying growth drivers, performance gaps, and activation opportunities
Experience serving as a thought partner on key product and business decisions
