Role Summary:
The Marketing Product Manager is responsible for developing, positioning, launching, and continuously improving the Marketing of Fastfrate Group’s portfolio of transportation, logistics, warehousing, distribution, customs, and supply chain solutions. This role serves as a key link between Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and the operating companies within Fastfrate Group, ensuring that services are clearly defined, competitively positioned, effectively brought to market, and supported with the tools and programs required to drive customer acquisition, cross-selling, and profitable revenue growth.

The Marketing Product Manager will develop a deep understanding of Fastfrate Group’s capabilities, customers, markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities and translate those insights into compelling value propositions, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement programs, and product development recommendations. Direct management of customer shipping systems and the Fastfrate Group Website is a key part of the role.
This is a hands-on role for a well-rounded marketer who enjoys creating content, supporting sales initiatives, managing social media, and bringing marketing ideas to life.
The successful candidate will work across multiple brands and business units within the Fastfrate Group portfolio, collaborating closely with sales, operations, leadership teams, and external partners. This position requires a strong combination of creativity, project management, business acumen, and communication skills.
This role supports a house of brands marketing model, requiring the ability to adapt messaging, campaigns, and content across multiple operating companies while maintaining alignment with the overall Fastfrate Group brand strategy. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating content, supporting sales teams, leveraging AI tools, and managing projects from concept to execution.

Key Accountabilities:
In this role, you will:
Product & Service Portfolio Management
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Fastfrate Group’s products, services, capabilities, geographic coverage, target markets, and competitive positioning.
  • Serve as the primary Marketing owner for Shipping systems and Fastfrate websites.
  • Clearly define each product or service including its target customers, customer needs, value proposition, key benefits, competitive differentiators, service capabilities, and supporting proof points.
  • Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging frameworks that can be consistently used across Marketing and Sales.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance, reposition, bundle, or expand existing products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to combine capabilities from multiple Fastfrate Group companies into integrated customer solutions.
  • Develop and maintain marketing product roadmaps for priority service categories.
  • Support the development and commercialization of new products, services, technologies, and capabilities.
Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.
  • Define target markets, customer segments, industries, positioning, messaging, channels, and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate product launches across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Fastfrate Group operating companies.
  • Develop launch plans including communications, campaigns, sales enablement, digital content, customer materials, training, and internal communications.
  • Ensure Sales teams understand the product offering, target customers, competitive advantages, and customer value proposition.
  • Monitor market response and product adoption following launches and recommend improvements.
Customer & Market Insights
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, market size, competitive offerings, pricing dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop customer segmentation and ideal customer profiles for priority products and services.
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence across key transportation and logistics markets.
  • Gather feedback from customers, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to identify product and service improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor developments within transportation, logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, cross-border trade, international freight, customs, and supply chain management.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Sales, Operations, and senior leadership.
Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop clear and differentiated value propositions for Fastfrate Group products and services.
  • Translate complex transportation and logistics capabilities into simple, compelling customer benefits.
  • Establish messaging hierarchies that connect individual services to the broader Fastfrate Group value proposition.
  • Ensure consistent product messaging across websites, presentations, proposals, campaigns, sales materials, trade shows, and customer communications.
  • Develop proof points including customer success stories, testimonials, case studies, network statistics, service metrics, and other supporting evidence.
  • Work with Brand and Communications to ensure product messaging aligns with Fastfrate Group brand standards.
Sales Enablement
  • Develop tools and resources that enable Sales teams to effectively position and sell Fastfrate Group solutions.
  • Create and maintain product sheets, presentations, proposal content, case studies, and sales playbooks.
  • Create solution-selling materials that demonstrate how multiple Fastfrate Group capabilities can work together to simplify customer supply chains.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify barriers to growth and develop marketing solutions to address them.
  • Support sales training and product education initiatives.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, B2B marketing, sales enablement, business development, or a related role.
  • Experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, freight forwarding, or a related B2B industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing product positioning, value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and complex sales environments.
  • Experience conducting customer, market, and competitive research.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working with WordPress, CRM and marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content development, demand generation, and marketing analytics.
