A vacancy for a Product Marketing Manager (d/f/m) position has been opened within KID Systeme GmbH in Buxtehude (close to Hamburg-Finkenwerder).

Your Responsibilities

As Product Marketing Manager you will act as the strategic link between product development, sales and the customer. You will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy of our products and ensuring successful product positioning in the market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive product marketing strategies for KID’s products 

  • Conducting in-depth market, customer and competitive analyses to identify trends, customer needs and business opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Defining compelling messaging, value propositions and go-to-market strategies that clearly articulate product highlights and unique selling propositions (USPs).

  • Taking responsibility for the offerability process of our products and monitoring their entry into market strategy in accordance with our company objectives

  • Collaborating closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering and Communications teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of product messages.

  • Creating high-impact marketing assets such as sales enablement tools, presentations, whitepapers, case studies and digital content, with a strong focus on visually appealing and clear communication of complex content.

  • Strategically planning, organizing and executing international trade show appearances and industry events, including concept development for exhibition stands and exhibits and crafting persuasive storylines to effectively convey brand and product messages.

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Effectively communicating complex product content and marketing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile

You are a highly motivated, proactive, and hands-on professional with a passion for driving product success in the aviation industry.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within the aviation or a high-tech industry, with a demonstrated track record in planning and executing international trade shows and content creation.

  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of aviation technologies and market dynamics.

  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Proven expertise in market analysis, product positioning and go-to-market strategy, coupled with a strong analytical mindset.

  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus) with the ability to clearly articulate complex information and compellingly present product value.

  • Work Ethic & Adaptability: A proactive, hands-on approach with exceptional motivation and the ability to work under pressure, react flexibly to diverse situations and prioritize project success.

  • Team Player: Collaborative team player with high self-motivation and can-do attitude, detail-oriented and highly reliable.
