NICE is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing Financial Compliance software solutions team. We’re the market leader in trade-related communications compliance and surveillance applications for institutional trading, wealth management and buy side firms. Compliance is a critical and growing area with total spending by our target market expected to exceed $1B annually. The Product Marketing Manager will be a self-starter that can lead cross functional teams to create compelling messaging, execute successful campaigns and write engaging content.


How will you make an impact?   

  • Partners with Marketing, Sales and Product Management to develop the messaging and positioning for our industry leading communication compliance recording, archiving and surveillance solutions.
  • Help execute successful go-to-market strategies, lead generation and social media campaigns and represent NICE Compliance at industry events.
  • Write content for marketing collateral including brochures, articles, case studies, eBooks, white papers, ROI tools and webinar presentations.
  • Support and participate in sales training.
  • Complete qualitative assessment of competitors and their capabilities.
  • Support partner programs and partner sales activities.
  • Work with sales team and social media marketing partner to creatively build and maintain a strong social media presence.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Business negotiation skills
  • Comfortable presenting to groups of 2 to 200
  • Social media marketing skills
  • Product Marketing and/or Marketing Experience: 5-10 years of marketing experience including owning marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Experience with Product Marketing Concepts such as buyer-persona targeting, development & communication; pipeline management; product launches
  • Experience writing and creating marketing collateral
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Undergraduate Education, MBA a plus
  • Other desired attributes: Familiarity with financial services including institutional trading, retail brokerage and compliance
