About the role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise who will be instrumental in driving the adoption of World ID amongst enterprises. This role is key in shaping the narrative around World ID, educating key stakeholders, and developing resources that will enable users, developers, and partners to understand and leverage the product effectively.

In this role, you will:

Drive Product positioning, key messages and in-product communication :

Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape how World ID’s value, trust model, and differentiation are communicated within the product experience.

Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Product, Engineering, Comms, and Design to craft cohesive narratives around new features, integrations, and ecosystem milestones.

Lead in-app copy, UX messaging, and developer-facing SDK language across onboarding, consent, verification, and integration flows to ensure clarity, education, and consistency.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Privacy, Policy, Comms, and PR to ensure product messaging is brand-aligned, compliant, aligned with external narratives, and embedded early in product requirements and design.

Manage review cycles with Marketing to maintain brand and craft across product copy, content, and design. Act as the translator between Product and Marketing (dotted line to CMO), ensuring the two functions move in lockstep.

Educate users, partners and developers:

Build and execute product marketing strategies to communicate the value and potential of World ID to a global enterprise audience, developers (Web2 and Web3), and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Support the GTM strategy and activities needed for product launches through the following:

Strategize clear, engaging educational content and collaborate with Marketing to produce at high-craft and brand-standard (web pages, videos, articles, guides, webinars) to help users and developers understand the benefits and integration possibilities of World ID.

Develop materials for technical and non-technical audiences to ensure a clear understanding of World ID’s use cases and how it works in practice. Collaborate with Marketing to produce at high-craft and brand-standard.

Build product and partnership collateral:

Write long and short-form content that communicates product value to key World ID enterprise audiences, particularly supporting the creation of priority sales and partner enablement materials.

Collaborate with marketing, communications, legal, product, partnerships, and developer relations teams to create product documentation, and whitepapers that showcase the benefits of integrating World ID into applications and platforms.

Develop targeted collateral that speaks to the unique needs of Web2 and Web3 developers, business leaders, and partner segments, showcasing World ID’s value in identity verification, decentralized applications, and cross-industry use cases.

Strategize and manage assets (decks, brochures, presentations) to support sales, partnership, and developer advocacy efforts; manage the product marketing content calendar, ensuring a steady cadence of new assets and educational materials, updates to existing content, etc. Collaborate with Marketing to produce at high-craft and brand-standard.

Engage and grow the developer and partner ecosystem:

Help build relationships with developers, KOLs, and key ecosystem partners by developing tailored marketing campaigns, co-branded content, and partnership strategies.

Work with the partnerships team to identify and nurture strategic alliances that drive the adoption of World ID across multiple industries and developer communities.

Attend and represent World at industry conferences, developer meetups, and online forums to evangelize the potential of World ID.

Market research and strategy:

Conduct market research to identify key trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points within identity verification, decentralized finance (DeFi), and digital identity ecosystems.

Collaborate closely with product managers to influence product roadmaps and product narratives based on market insights and developer feedback.

You might thrive in this role if you have the following:

Experience:

5+ years of enterprise product marketing or related experience, ideally within blockchain, decentralized technologies, or digital identity solutions.

Strong understanding of Web2 and Web3 ecosystems, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.

Experience working with developers and partners, building marketing collateral for developer engagement and partnerships.

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and educational materials.

Proficiency in creating engaging marketing assets, such as case studies, pitch decks, blog posts, and technical documentation.

A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and partnerships teams.

Familiarity with Web3 technologies (blockchain, decentralized apps) and traditional Web2 systems is a plus.

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles):

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $238,000 - $280,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
