Provide product legal counsel across digital identity, biometrics, agentic AI, blockchain, consumer financial technology, privacy, and online safety. Partner with product, engineering, hardware, security, and business teams throughout development and global launches. Senior Product Counsel will advise product, engineering, hardware, cryptography, design, and security teams on legal, regulatory, privacy, safety, and reputational risks across globally scaled AI, blockchain, digital identity, biometric, and consumer financial products. Responsibilities include drafting product terms and policies, supporting launches and incident response, navigating multi-jurisdictional regulations, and developing scalable legal processes, playbooks, and review frameworks.

Lead the product design vision, manage design teams, ensure high-quality user experiences and advocate for users through research and empathy.

Build and operate scalable ML infrastructure spanning training, evaluation, telemetry, model deployment, and edge-device rollouts. Develop CI/CD pipelines, secure APIs, governed datasets, model lineage systems, drift detection, monitoring, staged experimentation, and rollback capabilities across Orb devices and mobile applications. Partner with research, product, and firmware teams to deliver reproducible, observable, privacy-conscious production ML systems.

Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of sophisticated commercial agreements, including enterprise deals, strategic partnerships, technology integrations, SaaS agreements, and vendor arrangements. Advise cross-functional stakeholders on transaction structure, risk, and negotiation strategy involving emerging technologies and global operations. Support investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, governance, and corporate initiatives while improving contracting processes, templates, and playbooks.

Lead and scale World ID's commercial presence in North America by identifying high-impact partnerships, negotiating and closing complex deals, and driving cross-functional execution. Build partner strategies, manage relationships across the partnership lifecycle, launch pilots, and enable internal teams to support partner commitments.

Design and evolve high-traffic websites and occasional product surfaces. Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; collaborate with marketing, content, and developers; contribute to design systems; use analytics and A/B testing to iterate; manage multiple workstreams and ensure pixel-perfect execution while advancing an AI-native design practice.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop and maintain Android applications, drive growth, enhance verification methods, and collaborate across teams to improve digital identity solutions.

Lead the Device Product function to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for TFH's device portfolio. Own product lifecycle from concept through production, launch, and post-launch iteration. Drive discovery via research and operational data, set requirements and success metrics, align cross-functional teams, ensure launch readiness, and build and mentor a high-performing product team focused on privacy, reliability, and global scale.
