As a Product Marketing Intern, you will primarily support merchant outreach and AI Agent optimization efforts across multiple partners and countries. Your main responsibilities will include conducting merchant calls and interviews, reviewing AI Agent conversations to identify improvement opportunities, and generating insights that help improve conversion, customer experience, and marketing performance. You will also support campaign execution, reporting, and other day-to-day Product Marketing initiatives.

What You'll Work On

  • Monitor and optimize AI-powered channels by reviewing conversations, testing prompts, identifying friction points, and generating recommendations to improve performance and conversion.
  • Conduct merchant outreach, including sales calls and customer interviews, to drive offer conversion, understand customer behavior, gather market insights, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the execution and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, In-App, and AI-driven channels, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
  • Assist in creating marketing assets, presentations, business reviews, and partner-facing materials while helping maintain documentation, processes, and process tracking.

  • AI Agents and marketing campaigns continuously improve through testing, analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Merchant interviews and sales outreach efforts generate valuable insights and conversions that influence product, marketing, and growth initiatives.
  • Reporting is accurate, actionable, and supports decision-making across teams and partners.
  • The Product Marketing team scales its impact through strong execution, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.

Who You Are

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curious about AI, automation, growth, product marketing, and fintech.
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. 

Nice to Have

  • Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io or similar. 
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, or presentation design. 
  • Interest in fintech, SaaS, or technology startups.

Skills Required
