Act as the technical bridge between R2 and partner platforms to design, implement, and maintain integrations. Build APIs, ETL, and data pipelines; access live partner data to optimize decisioning; debug production systems; produce deployment playbooks, access protocols, and documentation; collaborate with product, data science, and backend teams to scale secure fintech integrations across Latin America.

Design, build, and maintain API-driven services and scalable systems. Own product and solution architecture, ensure uptime, reliability, and security. Deliver mission-critical systems on tight deadlines, raise code quality toward zero bugs, research tooling, and collaborate cross-functionally while promoting engineering growth and best practices.

Build, automate, and validate preventive and detective controls across operations. Write and optimize SQL, develop Python (pandas) scripts to test controls, create BI dashboards (Tableau/Looker/Power BI), investigate exceptions, document control logic, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed and remediate controls in production workflows.

Support the Strategic Planning team by maintaining operating models, unit economics, and forecasts; perform profitability and pricing analyses; develop business cases for product, segment, or geographic expansion; prepare materials for executives and investors; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, BD, Finance, and Data teams.

Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and system architecture; ensure uptime, reliability, and security; contribute to CI/CD, containerization, event-driven and integration work; mentor teammates and drive engineering standards.

Lead platform architecture and implementation across services: design scalable APIs (REST/gRPC), event-driven systems, CDC pipelines, observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus), containerized deployments, full-text search, and financial-grade systems. Mentor engineers, drive reliability standards, champion trunk-based development and feature flags, and deliver mission-critical, low-latency services.

Support client inquiries across channels; assist daily operational processes linking Product, Finance, and Operations; validate and reconcile data; help build dashboards and reports; contribute to feature implementation, testing, SOP documentation, and identify process automation and efficiency improvements.

The Business Development Manager will manage strategic partnerships, drive growth initiatives, evaluate new opportunities, and oversee performance to align with R2's financial goals.

Lead development of scalable ML and deep learning solutions for forecasting, risk, fraud detection and personalization across Latin American SMB platforms. Build and deploy advanced time-series and sequential models, collaborate with product and engineering teams to operationalize models, ensure regulatory compliance and model transparency, and define data science strategy to unlock new financial products and value streams.

Support data structuring, cleaning, enrichment, and processing of merchant and transactional data. Produce descriptive analyses and operationalize data science procedures to generate insights and features for financing decisions across Latin America.

The Director of People will lead the People function, focusing on strategy, performance management, compliance, and culture, while doubling the team size and enhancing operations.

Support merchant outreach and AI agent optimization across LatAm partners by conducting merchant calls and interviews, reviewing AI conversations to identify improvements, executing and tracking marketing campaigns across channels, creating marketing assets and partner materials, and producing actionable reporting and insights to improve conversion and customer experience.
