YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Director to lead all product marketing initiatives for our workload automation portfolio. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for a strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will be the expert on our buyers, our products, and the competitive landscape. You will translate this expertise into powerful messaging, compelling content, and successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate pipeline and drive revenue growth.

You will be the chief storyteller for workload automation at Redwood Software, responsible for articulating the value proposition to the market and empowering our sales and customer success teams to win.

If you are a passionate, hands-on product marketer ready to own the go-to-market strategy for the workload automation, we want to hear from you.

  • Strategic Positioning & Messaging: Develop and own the positioning, value propositions, and messaging for RunMyJobs as well as the overall workload automation portfolio. Craft compelling narratives that differentiate our solution in the market and resonate with our target personas, resulting in increased website engagement and competitive wins.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Design and execute GTM strategies for new product releases and features. Manage the launch process from end-to-end, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and the broader Marketing team to ensure a successful and coordinated launch, resulting in improved earned media and customer adoption in the first 30 days post-launch.

  • Sales & Partner Enablement: Create and maintain a library of high-impact sales tools and collateral, including pitch decks, datasheets, battle cards, case studies, white papers, and ROI calculators. Deliver regular training and updates to the sales team to ensure they are equipped to effectively communicate the value, ultimately resulting in improved deal velocity and win rate.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Be the authority on the workload automation market to identify whitespace and growth opportunities. Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform our marketing strategy, campaigns, and product roadmap, driving net new business and campaigns

  • Customer Advocacy: Engage with our customers to understand their challenges and successes. Develop a pipeline of customer advocates and create compelling case studies, testimonials, and video stories that bring the unique value of Redwood’s workload automation software to life, driving improvements in NPS score

  • Analyst Relations: In partnership with the corporate AR team, build and maintain relationships with key industry analysts to ensure they understand Redwood's vision and the unique value, resulting in positive analyst sentiment and preferential placement in various evaluative reports, market guides, and Magic Quadrants

  • Content Strategy: Act as the subject matter expert, partnering with the corporate content team to author compelling blog posts, website copy, webinar presentations, and video scripts that articulate our thought leadership and product value.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a role focused on SaaS solutions.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the IT automation space is highly preferred. Experience with workload automation, job scheduling, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a significant plus.

  • Forward-Thinking Vision: Knowledgeable about the future of automation, particularly the emerging field of Agentic AI orchestration

  • Proven GTM Success: A demonstrated track record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise software products.

  • Exceptional Storyteller: You are a master of words, both written and spoken. You can distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and value-based messaging for diverse audiences. A portfolio of writing samples (e.g., blog posts, white papers, launch plans) is required.

  • Strategic & Hands-On: You can build a strategic plan while simultaneously executing the tactical work required to get things done. As an individual contributor, you are comfortable writing the first draft, building the presentation, and analyzing the data yourself.

  • Data-Driven: Ability to use market research, customer data, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize strategy.

  • Cross-Functional Leader: Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, without direct authority.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

If you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
