Product Marketing Manager – Content & SocialAbout the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing professional with a strong focus on content, social media, and storytelling to join a fast-growing B2B technology company operating at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and business transformation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex products, customer challenges, and market trends into clear, engaging content that resonates with senior enterprise audiences.

You will work closely with founders, Sales, and other teams to build the company's voice, grow its presence across social channels, engage target accounts, and create content that ultimately contributes to pipeline.

What you will do
  • Own the content calendar and day-to-day execution across company and founder social channels.

  • Develop content ideas and narratives around product capabilities, customer problems, workflows, AI, technology, operations, and business transformation.

  • Create and appear in short-form video content, confidently explaining technical and business topics in an accessible way.

  • Take content from concept to production, publication, and performance analysis.

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of social posts, videos, customer stories, event content, campaigns, and other marketing assets.

  • Identify and develop content opportunities that are relevant to senior enterprise decision-makers.

  • Organise and support executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, conferences, and other customer-facing events.

  • Work closely with Sales on account-focused campaigns, event promotion, content distribution, and follow-up activities.

  • Collaborate with founders and internal stakeholders to develop thought leadership and strengthen the company's market presence.

  • Track channel growth, audience engagement, content performance, event outcomes, and contribution to pipeline.

  • Continuously test new formats, topics, and distribution strategies to improve reach and engagement.

What we are looking for
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, content, social media, communications, events, campaign execution, or a related field.

  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, compelling content.

  • Strong on-camera presence and confidence presenting technical or business topics.

  • Experience managing social media channels and taking content from ideation through production and publication.

  • Good editorial judgement and the ability to identify ideas that will resonate with senior enterprise audiences.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, contributors, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in how marketing supports account engagement, meetings, and revenue growth.

  • High initiative, strong attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with limited direction.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, enterprise technology, or consulting.

  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other professional social channels.

  • Experience working directly with founders or senior executives on content and thought leadership.

  • Experience supporting ABM or account-based marketing initiatives.

  • Experience organising executive-level events or customer marketing programmes.

  • An interest in AI and emerging enterprise technologies.
